3 daily yoga & meditation classes to challenge your body and soothe your soul. Sunrise practices in the indoor
studio with the best views you can imagine. Workshops, sound baths and evening practices in the outdoor shala
under the trees.

Nothing is compulsory, do as much or as little as you wish. Maybe you spend your afternoons swimming in the natural
water pool, hiking in the mountains, chilling out in the hot tub or having a snooze in a hammock.You'll also receive a complimentary healing massage or reiki treatment to enjoy.
